Tignolo is our every day wine, what my father would call “Vino della Casa” (hose wine). It is that kind of wine that is always there on the table, like a good friend. It is never pretentious, never overwhelming, never overboard, yet it is intense, structured and capable of great olfactory generosity! It is the prefect companion for quick meals, he loves pasta, pizza and mostly BBQ with lots of friends around. Priceless on the deck with you favorite book at the end of a long day!!! Best served at 64° F.
