Etna Bianco DOC (Sensi line), a pure expression of the Carricante grape variety grown on Etna’s volcanic slopes at 750 meters above sea level and capable of offering a unique sensory journey with its bright straw yellow color and greenish highlights. Its olfactory elegance is an interweaving of citrus and floral notes, while on the palate it is distinguished by balanced freshness and savoriness. Perfect at 46-50 °F, it harmoniously accompanies light seafood dishes, enhancing the delicacies of fish in the best Mediterranean tradition.
