From the volcanic slopes of Etna’s northern slope, 650 meters above sea level, this sparkling wine is the result of the excellence of Nerello Mascalese, a vine that embodies the soul of the territory. Its 18-month maturation on yeasts gives it a lively straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
