A tradition in the production of wine that meets the enthusiasm and the desire to tell the new generations products that are children of their own territory. It is the story of Vincenzo Marino Abate, a young man in his thirties who is passionate about his land. Vincenzo decided to devote himself to his vineyards with the same care passed to him by his father Angelo and grandfather ‘Nzino. Plant by plant, vine by vine Enzo knows every single clod of land on his estate which extends over sixteen hectares of vineyards and olive groves. Loyalty to these lands located between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo inevitably led him towards a very specific choice: to cultivate and produce in an organic regime, enhancing the natural predisposition of the soils for the respective vineyards that adapt to them.
